The holiday house: an exclusive villa

Our vacation house is located a few kilometers from the farm structure of Civita Castellana. The exclusive villa, allowing you to stay with all the comforts, is located only 50 km. from Rome (the SS Cassia bis), at the foot of the Cimini Mountains and only 5 minutes from Lake Vico.
Located in the City of Fabrica di Roma, opposite the ancient walls of archaeological Faleri Veteres is surrounded by a forest with pedestrian or bicycle paths.

The holiday house can accommodate up to 5 people and is open during the period from May to September: has a private pool, a park of 10,000 sqm with lake inside. Rents are per week (see pictures)

2 Bathrooms

The price for the weekly rent is 3.000 EuroS and includes:
Use of the swimming pool;
Clean with linen change 2 times for week;
Final cleaning.
